CTI Toolbar Not Appearing After Siebel Login

Hi,

I'm unable to view  CTI Tool bar in Siebel application  version 8.1.1.11.0.

I have researched in support got this link https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=293038488568694&parent=EXTERNAL_SEARCH&sourceId=PROBLEM&…

and its helpless for me.

I tried to view from Tools  -> Communications ->Reset Active Session count  (Disabled)

I will appreciate your help.
