Free Goods by Quanitity when order is split between warehouses
I am hoping you can help with one more item related to free goods. We have found a scenario where a customer orders a Buy3GetOneFree. Order is entered but is on 2 lines because the item is shipping from 2 different warehouses. So its the same customer, same item number, but the two lines each have a quantity of 2. So the customer is expecting to get one free but JDE doesn't recognize that the item is the same but shipping from 2 different locations. Is there a simple way to sum up item quantity by item number regardless of
