Demand Scheduling under Order Management

Question on Licensing - We have the option to EnterpriseOne Menus->Order Management->Demand Scheduling module although the client has not bought the Demand Schedule module license. Can we still use it as part of Order Management (with the limited Demand functionality) or Oracle will be penalizing for not purchasing the Demand module and using it. Our requirement is to use the R40* and P40* jobs and not to integrate with Warehouse and Transportation modules. Can someone please advice if this is legal to use Demand Scheduling under Order Management without buying the Demand module license. Thanks for your help.
