Hi,

Starting from TR 9.2.1.4 media object can be stored on DB, we found that this option is enabled by default, and the user works around 4 weeks while this option is enabled, so all new attachments stored on DB. The old attachments is copied from old deployment/htmlupload folder to new deployment server / htmlupload folder.

There is an enhancement request to be able to read the attachment from both windows folder and DB (Bug 26732625 : ABILITY TO ACCESS MOBJ FILES FROM BOTH FILE SYSTEM AND F98MODAT) but usually these kind of requests take long time. Also there is a report R98MODAT use to convert the data from windows folder to DB,
