Move standby database to new servers

We have the following setup :
- RAC 2 nodes(GI/DB 11.2.0.4 with lasts PSU) with DataGuard replication(Maximum Performance Mode);
- 2 New Server for DR site configured with GI 12.2.0.1 and DB 11.2.0.4 with latest PSU on which we want to migrate.
For DR site we plan to:
- suspend DataGuard replication;
- stop GI/DB on initial server;
- identify asm disks for DB and make it visible to new servers;
For dataguard configuration is enough to change IP's? Any suggestion for making this migration smoothly?
