Patch a new hierarchy

Hi everyone,

I have a new hierarchy to add in some measures. Can I just patch the domain or do I need to build the domain?

I have exported the data adding an additional column with the new dimension ID and then I have load the measure with the new base intersection. I am not sure if I can do it like that...
