Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to import Credit Memos from lockbox.

1) I have Invoice as Record type 4.

2) I have Credit Memo as Record Type 4.

3) I have remittance amount for Record type 6 which is net amount from 1 and 2.
