MRP Not Generating Messages

Hi,

We are encountering an issue that  MRP (P3483) is not generating message after we ran SO Repost (P42995).

Example : There is an outstanding forecast for an item of 1200 Quantity but no MRP message generated. Item Availability is 50 units (Negative commitment of 50 Qty). I have noticed MRP generating messages for this item earlier but after repost it is not picking outstanding forecast.

This is occurring for several items. Also these items show a negative quantity on commitment (Not sure how it goes negative)

Please advise what could possibly be missing (WS A 7.3)
