Change Program/Plan how to transfer the credit of the courses equivalencies

Hello community, I want to know how could I set up the transfer credit for example, A student change to another program so there are some courses that are Course Equivalencies, how could I set up this to see it in his or her  academic information, I want to know if this is possible on automatic way after I set up it.
