Vertex 4.2.2 July and August 2018 Monthly Updates

Hi Community Members,

We have applied Vertex monthly updates of July and August 2018 for JDE 9.1 and Vertex does not calculate Payroll taxes now. Vertex version is 4.2.2. Vertex worked properly till the patches of July and August were applied. Please advise if you faced this issue and how it was rectified.
