Account analysis report (subledger accounting) when run for 1 year data and uploaded to excel file i

Account analysis report (subledger accounting) when run for 1 year data and when uploaded to excel file it shows unable to read file.

But if i run for 9months or 10months the report shows data in excel and excel gives no error.
