Golden Tax Invoice Export

Hello all

i got a problem

while i tried to Import Golden Tax to Oracle Ebs R12.1.3, we got warning while process completed

the invoice cannot upload because VAT invoice data is not in the prescribed format

i tried solve with follow instruction in this document

Golden Tax Import Program Completes in Error - VAT Invoice Data Is Not In The Prescribed Format (Doc ID 1634632.1)

but it not works

can anyone in here help us
