Unable To Upload Data Using Web ADI Integrator?

We are trying to upload 36,000 records through spreadsheet (Web ADI) upload to our PDH application. We found that this huge record in Web ADI is not uploading and So we came to a conclusion of breaking the document to 10000 records for each upload.

Batch ID is generated along with the downloaded sheet from the application.

When I uploaded first Batch with an Batch name, the first 10,000 records got uploaded to staging table and the concurrent program ran successful.

But the Concurrent program completed with warning due to the data uploaded in the Excel sheet.

When I uploaded second batch with a new name, the second 10,000 error out during the Upload.
