how to record the qty used in setup process?

Hello All,

If I use some materials for setup process, how to record it into JDE?

Can I issued it from P31113 but with 'flag' (I don't know it's applicable or not) to mark that it's a material for setup only?

I need a 'flag' because our user want to know how many KG paper that we used for setup purpose.

Does anyone know the best practice to do it?

We are in EnterpriseOne 9.1 using backflush method.

Please advice
