Oracle Cloud : Content and Experience management instance

Hi Team,

I am trying to create Content and Experience management instance and integrate it through JDE. Was able to create the Content and Experience management instance successfully but when i try to access he same using the below highlighted link it gives the error message as "Sorry, you don't have access to the required service."

When i click on the given link it gives the below error.

Note : I am using my trial version account. Please let me know if i need to provide some separate access for the user to it.
