Space removed from alias after deploy, keeps removing space 11.1.2.4

We have an odd one, after a deploy and alias of a member which has been fine for a long time, suddenly removed a space from the alias.this has not changed for a very long time and deploys nightly with usually no issue.

It should read something like (i have changed the name slightly for public viewing on here)

c.0000 - H B Comclark & Co

but after a deploy it shows in Essbase as

c.0000 - H B Comclark& Co

It seems to show in EPMA correctly.

We have tried adding the space in eas, saving the outline and redeploying. the same with 2 spaces.
