Detach wo completion from superbackflush

Dear All,

Currently we are doing superbackflush for feeding WO completion, Work order inventory issue and work order time entry.  Now we are implementing WMS and where we have to enter WO completion pallet by pallet when a pallet production is completed.

Please advise how we can detach only work order completion from the super backflush.  I can see manual process for inventory issue and time entry.  but time entry is very difficult to enter in standalone.  Please help
