GL_Inquiry form issue

Hi,

As observed in other correct account - the PTD (in Detail Balances form) is reflecting the difference of total DR & total CR (fetched in Journal Details form in GL Inquiry). But in a problematic account the PTD is NOT generated as per stated formula.

The snap shot (GL_Inquiry_Issue.PNG) and data of journal entries (Acc_Inquiry_000.12412.xlsx - fetched from Journal Details form) are attached for more clarification.

Please review & guide what the issue is? Either journal entries are incorrect or the PTD is incorrect OR both are correct but there is any other/understanding issue.
