Bulk upload of Contract Purchase Agreements

Hello,

Please could someone advice the steps on how we can bulk upload the Contract Purchase Agreements? There is a concurrent program named 'Import Contract Purchase Agreements' but could someone tell us where we can find the file format for this and how the data can be imported to EBS?
