Package build error

Hi community,

I'm getting an error when trying to compile a package (both full and update packages present the same error in the same objects). This is an installation which is in production for years, and we create, compile and deploy hundreds of packages and this is the first time we hace an error like this.

App release: 9.2

TR:  9.2.1.1

BD: Oracle 12c

Platform: Windows
