Toll Manufacturing 8.12

Hello,

We just recently purchased a new company that performs toll manufacturing.  We are provided raw materials and process them for the customer and send back.  We'd end up billing them for the work to process the raw materials,

What module(s) would cover this?  Project Manufacturing?  Engineer to Order?

Any guidance would be helpful.

We are on 8.12.
