Oracle HTTP Server installation after Weblogic server

Hello Experts,

I am installing OTM 6.4.3, in the process while installing OHS Receiving below error while selecting home directory.

Error:

INST-07551: Not all dependent featuresets for install type "Collocated HTTP Server (Managed through WebLogic server)" could be found. The following prerequisites were found to be missing:

em_fmc - 12.2.1.3.0

The versions are same.

Weblogic Server :  fmw_12.2.1.3.0_wls.jar

OHS                    :  fmw_12.2.1.3.0_ohs_linux64.bin

Please suggest.
