Adding Microsoft Windows agents to a Linux OMS

I am trying to figure out the simplest way to add Windows targets to my 90% Linux setup... Is there a good document out there?

I have tried downloading the agent through self-update... that failed... Any help would be appreciated as we will be adding many more Windows systems to be monitored
