Errors REP-0069 and REP-57054

I am receiving these two errors constantly on a number or concurrent requests. Everything seems to be coming through just fine even though all of these programs are presenting these errors. REP-0069 says Internal Error and 57054 is an error that says In-process job terminated: Finished successfully but output is voided. The second makes absolutely no sense because there is still output on all of the jobs, and REP-0069 doesn't mean a thing to me if it's just saying internal error.
