Sales order entry did not create a line in F4201

Hi , I am working on an issue where business user tried to enter sales order but due to system issue , lines got created in F4211 only but no line to F4201. Now , user is trying to cancel the order but unable to do so. Can anyone please help on how to fix the issue from front end?
