Oracle Linux Patching Strategy and Tools : OEM 13c Vs Oracle Spacewalk

Hi all,

I am looking for an approach to patch our 1000-2000 Oracle Linux systems using any tools.

Every month Security Team scans the environment and publish the report and environment need to free from vulnerability and show the report to Management as well.

The current approach is to patch the Oracle Linux monthly using YUM and KSplice without any maintenance reboot of the systems.

And a quarterly patch using YUM with a maintenance reboot of the systems.

As there are 1000-2000 systems, It is good to depend any patching tools like Spacewalk or OEM. Please keep in mind that we already have OEM 13c running
