Onhand Quantity is ZERO. Can we get rid of it?

Hi!

EBS R12.1.3

Inventory On-Hand issue

Inventory > On-hand, Availability > On-hand Quantity

A particular Item is showing an On-hand quantity of zero and we want to get rid of it so it does not appear in the On Hand Quantiy form

We tried a misc issue but this failed

Can you outline how to do this ?

I ran a diagnostic from inventory if that helps
