Default the PO Currency Exchange Rate Date to Sysdate

Is it possible to change the default of the currency exchange rate date in myRequisition Receiving?  I know it defaults from the Match Option of PO/Receipt, but we are interested in defaulting it. Want to see if there are experts out there whom have already done so and seek guidance. Thanks in advance!
