Repository import but don't see your changes - no you are not going crazy

Working on 16.19 and noticed what is either a new bug or a change in behavior.  Steps to reproduce:

  • Import new repository Siebel Repository 20180916
  • Rename Siebel Repository to Siebel Repository 20180422 using Tools
  • Rename Siebel Repository 20180916 to Siebel Repository using Tools
  • Open Siebel Repository

The changes you know are in Siebel Repository are somehow not there.  They always used to be after following the same steps above for many years.

Logout of Tools and back in again and you will see all your changes.

Heard about this new behavior we think on earlier versions of 16 but for sure are seeing it on 16.19.
