Canadian Tax info by EE(P770105) on the federal tab - system doesn't save changes when you change the EI Rate code from reduced to Full rate.

it gives a warning and before you refresh you can see the changes are reflected. however when you come back to the application or refresh the screen and select the employee again the changes are not saved and it shows the original EI rate as reduced and not the revised  EI rate to full rate.
