Can we change the standard encumbrance transaction type names

Hi team,

Client is implementing budgets in Oracle general ledger for first time. The earlier naming conventions used by client for encumbrance transactions where 'Reserve' at the time of PR creation, 'Commitment' at the time of PO creation.

Is there any possibility that we can replace oracle standard encumbrance transaction names 'commitment' and 'obligation' with these names.
