Expecting to Restrict HR Users from direct entry in EIT.

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

HRMS Users have Person Extra Informations.

Responsibility -> People -> Enter and Mainta -> Employee number -> click Others Button -> select extra information.

in EIT we able to enter any value directly for type we specified. we expect to restrict users from entering data to the columns.
