Building a global domain

Good day

Can you please tell me if the following is possible :

I have an existing simple domain. We need to add on countries into the MFP solution and looks like a global domain but be a better solution.

Can you please let me know if i can use the existing config? If so how do i convert it?

I am trying to build a new global domain but i get a diminfo array on the loc dimension that i am trying to partition on.

Can you please guide me how to set this up and what is required in the config and the command to run in putty to successfully build this domain?
