JDE password reset for Oracle Cloud trial version

Hi ,

I am usnig JDE trial version over cloud and as i required a long password i enabled the Long password feature and reset the JDE paasword. After logging out i was not able to login with neither the old or new password. Could you please suggest how to change the JDE password (Cloud Trial Version) from backend for the same.
