Issue with DRP

I am facing an issue with DRP report R3483, the report is not considering on-hand quantities (Available) of items and generating purchase order messages for the demand.

I am using forecast consumption method for planning. I have checked below setups :

  1. Processing option of R3483.
  2. Supply and demand inclusion rules.
  3. Addition System Info.

Setups looks ok. Can you please suggest if I am missing anything.
