Cannot find the organization created

Hello

I have the organization created and business group assigned at the Organization Classification. I created it under HRMS Super User responsibility.

However, I'm going to create an OU under Purchasing Super User responsibility but I can't find this Organization when I query (Still can find under HRMS Super User responsibility)

Is there anything need to be done so then I can see the Organization on the LOV of organization under Purchasing Super User responsibility?
