Asset Interfacing Errors

When loading interface lines AMIF1000, all lines in the interface went into an error load status because 1 or 2 lines amongst 150 lines were over the cap limit.  Once the error is resolved we then have to go back into the review interface page and update the load status back to pending in order to re-load.  Is this working as designed or is there a better way to handle?
