OEM 13.3 UPGRADE FAILS at Extend Weblogic Server Domain, cannot enter password?

Howdy!

    Got to screen 9 of the OEM 13.3 installer upgrade screen, "Extend Weblogic Server Domain" , where it asks for a Weblogic password.

     The interface will not let me enter a password for Weblogic.

     The interface will not let you proceed without entering a password.  It gives the message: "Weblogic Password: You have not provided a password for the Weblogic Server: Enter a valid password"

   This is on a Linux Redhat 7.5 system , using X windows displayed on my PC with Cygwin.

    We currently have OEM 13.2 running.  Are we going to wait for 13.4?
