Post Upgrade 12.2.7 Tasks

Solaris 5.10 with DB: 12.1.0.2 and EBS: 12.1.3  upgrade to 12.2.7

I did not create any Post Upgrade Concurrent Programs to a separate manager queue

As per note, As per note # 2230783.1,  Path A."

My  12.2.7 upgrade ran successfully

Also, I applied the Patch 27911576:R12.OWF.c in downtime mode.

Question:

1. Will that be an issue? if so, what should I do now ?

2. As per note # 2230783.1,  can continue with the steps,  start the services and run the adop phase=clenaup and adop=fs_clone?

3. Should I wait to restart the services and perform these first?

        drop obsoleted schemas

        dangling synonyms

        Reset schema passwords etc.
