Error message "Grid operation failed" when exploding a node in a data form

Hi everyone,

when a user tries to explode that Cost of Goods sold in a newly opened data form, she gets this error message (I think it roughly translates as "grid operation failed") and the cell turns yellow (as in changed data yellow) which of course doesn't make any sence since this is a dimension within the page. She then has to refresh the data form and only then she is able to drill into this node. I have never seen this behaviour before and I can certainly not recreate it.

Has anyone experienced this before and/or can think of a way to fix this?
