Can I add the database with the same name in Enterprise Manager?

Hello guys,

I need to add a test database in Enterprise Manager, but this database is the same name as the production database but in different hosts (copy from production)

Can I add the database with the same name in Enterprise Manager?

I need to be sure that it will not have any conflicts.
