BI Publisher Installation- Template builder installer failed

Problem Description

While trying to install the BI Publisher in my desktop I am getting Template Builder Installer Failed. Due to this the plug in is not showing up in the Microsoft word. Below are the details of the versions of software I am using:

Oracle Enterprise Business Suite: 12.2.2

Oracle Database Version: 11gR2

Microsoft Office version: Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus

BI Publisher version: Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.6.0 for 64 bit Office on Windows

Windows Version: Windows 10 Enterprise Edition
