OPM Production Scheduler, no Resource Load is showing

Working on an R11.5.10 instance... successfully configured Formula/Routing/Recipe etc. Created a Batch using Recipe including Routing. All OK.

Looking in the OPM Production Scheduler I see the resource availability, but the RESOURCE LOAD remains zero (0).... Any clue on what setup/config might be missing?
