Customer Ledger Records missing

Hi All,

I am working on a custom report that uses Customer Ledger table. In this table based on the A/R Reporting code-1(Alias-AR01) I am categorizing my revenue.

But for some customers these values are missing and when I checked the Address book,the cat code(Category Code - Address Book 01-AC01) is present for these customers but still these records miss AR01 code in F03B11.

Could you please advise what might be the issue or which program inserts these codes in F03B11.
