Stage refresh and lost ability to edit reports

Our Stage environment was recently refreshed.  This is the first time I've been in the environment since the refresh.  If I edit any report it says "You do not have access privilege for this subject area".  I checked the privileges on my role which is Administrator and all is correct.  It happens on any report.  This isn't a problem in production.  Appreciate any advice on where to look.  The Stage environment is on R35.
