Thoughts/Help on issues with OEM 13.2.0 generated SNMP Traps (e.g. database tablespace
full Critical Event) not consistently making it to Netcool; Current indications
are the Trap may not be generated in a consistent format by OEM on the Linux OMS
App Servers.  Network Team is not able to
observe the inbound  Traps arriving at
Netcool Servers for which UNIX TCPdump (source OMS side) indicates Trap to be
generated/or appear differently (size/format) than the Traps that do make it to
Netcool.  Thus, OEM 13.2/Netcool monitoring/alerting
is randomly failing to alert DBAs to Production database Critical Event issues.  No issues with OEM 12.1.0.4/Netcool

Howdy, Stranger!
