Are all fields of a failure code set mandatory?

Hi,

We have defined a fairly simple 'Failure Code Set' (with only 'default' codes).

But we notice that all tree structure elements must always be filled in when completing a work order, even when the use of failure codes is not mandatory.

One cannot simply specify for example only a cause code and a comment.

Once you try to save the page, you have to enter all fields:

Is there a work-around to make them non-mandatory?

Reason: today we are only interested in the 'Failure comments' field, only in the next phase we would like to use failure analysis into more detail.
