R12.ATG_PF.C.delta.7 on 12.2.5 causing unexpected behavior with OAF pages

In one adop session we applied 24690680 R12.ATG_PF.C.delta.7 to our 12.2.5 application which runs on Solaris SPARC 10 64-bit. Then  the following patches were applied in another apply within the same adop session:

27283051

27911576

26926617

27801956

Once these were applied, the July 2018 CPU patch was applied followed by a finalize, cutover and cleanup. When the application first came up, the DBA applying the patches did not get the security console so we opened a SR and had to unlock it from the backend. At this time we have suppressed the warning and the console is visible.

We are now have quite a few issues with users being dropped, especially from OAF pages and seeing the ICX Session Count go up quickly for their session. We opened a SR where the engineer had us change the value from 2000 to 100000.
