MRP scheduling date posted while plan order release is not same as WIP job completion date

Hello Experts!

We have a scenario, plan order (make item) released through MRP is populating the completion date on the discrete work order as 18-Oct-2018 00:00:00 and start date as 16-Oct-2018 02:00:00. But when you check in the wip job data collection, it shows 5 hrs earlier time than completion date on the discrete work order i.e: 17-Oct-2018 19:00:00 and same gets updated as the completion date on wip job once we update schedule group on the discrete work order.

Is there any set up/profile which governs keeping the completion date as what was populated at the time of plan order release and if required change the start date of the discrete work order, so in this case new start should become 16-Oct-2018 07:00:00?
