suppliers who were included in the original RFQ but have been deleted in the round are receiving ema

Hi Gurus,

when a negotiation is closed and a new round is created, suppliers who were included in the original RFQ but have been deleted in the round are receiving email notification that they have not been invited.

How to restrict the email notification to the Suppliers which are deleted and not linked to new round of RFQ.
